Yatin is the Founder and Managing Director at FAB analytics. He is an expert financial modeller with over 12 years of experience in designing and building complex financial models. He has worked closely with the Management team of several corporations based in UK, USA, and Middle East to design and develop bespoke Excel models for fundraising, buy & build strategy, M&A transactions, project appraisal and management reporting.

He has also made significant contributions in developing and standardising Excel-based solutions, from Management reporting models, through evaluation models to Data analysis tools.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience in building and maintaining financial models, which include models for public listings, M&A transactions, funding, decisions & strategy, and management reporting. He is also an experienced consultant and has acted as interim CFO for many companies.

He is responsible for sourcing business from Europe and USA using his corporate connections. He is an excellent asset for FAB as his experience working across different sectors proves invaluable during various modelling assignments. He also acts as a valued advisor to FAB’s clientele.

Ayush has over 10 years of experience in the financial modelling domain. He heads and mentors the project delivery team at FAB Analytics. He specialises in designing and creating Excel-based solutions for optimising the finance function of our clients.

He has successfully delivered many transaction and reporting models, from corporate fundraising through M&A to setting up a new private equity or debt fund. Some key sectors he has worked on include SaaS, real estate, financial services, and renewable energy.

Rajneesh has over 12 years of investment banking experience in technology, consumer and healthcare sectors with cross-border deal experiences with several MNCs.

He is responsible for sourcing business from his relationships with PE funds and promoters of leading companies active in India. He is an excellent asset for FAB as his experience working across different sectors proves invaluable during various modelling assignments.
